Before I get started, let me tell you how frustrated I am with people who do business. For example, I could tell this story about my car that I took to the dealer who charged me $950 just to tell me the engine was blown. To top that off, I bought a used car and told the dealer I did not want the used car warranty, but he slid it in the paperwork anyway and I had to fight with him to take it back off the sale, Or, and this one has always perplexed me, the doctor bill you receive two years later with no notes on what the service was, you have never seen before, that says “past due and being sent to the collection agency,” and you are left like “why now? Where has this been? Has my insurance paid for this? Why did it take 2 years to get me the bill?” Or, a large, well known internet company that recently slammed me for internet, never provided me internet services, and then kept sending threatening letters with no phone number, no email address, and no way to respond to their threats. Or, and this has happened several times, the air conditioner repair person who comes to your house to fix your system, puts in a part that you paid for and that did not fix it, and then he keeps adding and charging for parts until you owe $3000 to fix your air conditioner. I could go on and on about how fast fast food lines used to be. Why do I consistently drive to fast food chicken restaurants, and they are out of chicken? We, and I mean all Americans, are price gouged, under appreciated, charged too much and by the time you get to be my age, you question everything and just feel neglected. I get it. However, I sell insurance, so I have to at least try to sell you. So here goes........
